Music is the Journey
Johnny Hathaway is a passionate and committed music professional, and that’s not always an easy task in this business. With one CD release under his belt, 2016’s “Deep Cuts and Bruises” and another on the way in late 2019, he is quite familiar with how difficult it is to survive as an original artist, despite moderate success here and in Europe. To keep things interesting and to also stay busy, he fronts the Neil Young Tribute band “Decade” which performs year round to many sold out shows. Throw in a number of solo shows here and there as well as sit ins with many of the Jersey Shore’s finest musicians, and you have the receipe for why Johnny’s popularity and presence on Social media sites like Facebook and Instagram continues to climb.
